My recent stay at Meretto Hotel was nothing short of spectacular, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team who made every moment of our visit truly special. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and professionalism, making us feel right at home. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Orhan, the manager, who personally ensured that our stay was flawless. His attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort made all the difference. Orhan went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Abdul, Khusrev, and Mustafa Abdulshakur, who were the real stars of our stay. Their hospitality was beyond compare. Whether it was helping with our luggage, providing local recommendations, or simply greeting us with a smile every morning, these gentlemen truly went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They are not just employees; they are genuinely kind-hearted individuals who made us feel like part of the family. If you’re planning to stay at Meretto Hotel, do yourself a favor and tip these incredible people generously. They deserve every bit of appreciation for the outstanding service they provide. First i would like to thank all the staff members for their help, support, friendliness and concern as they really facilitated everything for us. Actually that's my fourth visit to Turkey and every time i am changing the hotel as i couldn't find them up to the standard yet with The Meretto Hotel i have finally achieved my goal and definitely i would revisit it as the stay was superb. Starting with the helpful well trained manager who is leading everything professionally to all his team specially Mr. Abdou at the reception who was guiding the Arab tourists, helping them willingly. All of the staff were working in harmony to facilitate the tourists stay. Daily offering free complements to their guests : Turkish tea, coffee, fruit dishes, etc. We really felt that we are in a 5 stars hotel. As for the location; it is really perfect, close to every thing ; 2 minutes walk from the tram, 4 minutes to the bus station & 7 minutes to 2 different metro stations. The hotel is also offering daily trips if you want. In adidition to the spa and the Turkish Hamam. The breakfast was also very delicious and had a huge variety with serving of different types of food everyday. The room was also very clean and comfortable and the AC was working perfectly. We love the hotel and would definitely come back again and sincerely i recommend it for any one coming to Istanbul.

The hotel has a great location, positioned on a side street, close to tram station Aksaray and a few stations away from the center (Grand Bazar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia etc). The breakfast was very tasty and diversified. The highlight and what made the difference for us was the friendliness, helpfulness and good humor shown by Orhan, to whom we thank once again. He recommended a less touristy place where we had the best kebap and where we had the best experience because we saw and felt the real tradition. He also recommended the trip to the Princes Islands which we enjoyed. All the staff are very involved and always willing to help. We would definitely choose Meretto Hotel again if we were back in Istanbul.

The room and bathroom were clean. Towels and bed covers were changed on a daily basis. The breakfast was rich and to my expectation. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. They showed generous hospitality too. They went out of their way to help and give guidance. The hotel is situated very close to Aksaray tram station (one minute walk) and close to Aksaray metro station (5 minute walk). I recommend the shuttle service they offer as the prices are very reasonable, the drivers are polite and professional, and the cars are new and well maintained.
